Peggy “E” (McKnight) Phillips was born on September 8, 1939 to the late Alice Brodie McKnight and Robert Freeman McKnight Sr. She has one daughter, Leticia McKnight of Mount Vernon, New York. Peggy married the late Robert “Bobby” Phillips; she is the youngest of four siblings: Harriette McKnight Powell, Robert Freeman McKnight, Jr and John Gabriel McKnight to whom she has reunited in spirit. She leaves her vibrant outgoing memories to a host of nieces, nephews, family, friends co-workers.
