Uncle James was a Saint of Saints I never seen him mad for more than 5 minutes. I remember him taking me Diane and David miniature golfing and he was showing how to hold the club and swing, I accidentally hit him in the eye all he said was time to go. I cried all the way home watching his eye swell up. I will never forget all of our outings and your jokes, you will stay in heart forever ♥ S.I.P Gwen

My brother James was always a quite, malmannered and peacefully man. If and when James would get upset with me, he would call me Diana and I knew that I was in big trouble.
Now that I think back, I feel Blessed to know he was there to guide me.
James I love u and will miss u dearly. Until we see each other again say Hello to everyone for me.
Kisses

IN LOVING MEMORY OF JAMES JAY COOK-
Wow I so vividly remember traveling to Laurenceville Virginia ,many years ago to attend the Family Reunion of my childhood friends Diane & Dave Cook. Wow It was like a Huge Carnival Mardi Gras. This Reunion was exceptional very well planned out. There were so many wonderful acts so much talent, performers such as the Temptations, Supremes, Marvin Gayle all dressed up like them all, as well as a huge variety of foods, cakes etc. Well James being the great video photgrapher with the keen eyes & trademark dimples created several videos of the entire Reunion. A week later after he perfected that video, and so graciously Blessed me with ONE. I treasure that video to this Day. Thanks again for allowing me to relive that experience. Im grateful. Rip James Jay Cook as We Strive to live in Peace. love Jacqueline Green Mcphail
