Condolence: It has taken sometime for me to get over Eds passing. I truly loved him like a brother .We were always shoulder to shoulder during some very crazy years In Dist 3.He was one of the very best friends a man could ask for,always loyal always there for a friend.He was blessed with a great sense of humor and it seemed to affect all who were privleged to be in his company.I will miss him very much,but I will always thank God for having him in my life. Condolence: I was lucky enough to know Eddie from the Transit Police. He was always one of the nicest gentleman one could ever meet. That big smile, the strong bear hug he would give you when he saw you and the always "Who loves ya" comment. He was the 1st out the door to help a fellow officer, he loved being a Transit cop and we loved him for it. The city of New York and the people in it are better off because Eddie served as he did. Rest well old friend and may the Good Lord forever hold you in the palm of his hand.

Condolence: I am saddened to learn of Ed's passing. I had the honor and privilege of serving with Ed while I was a PBA delegate, I was one of the members that served with him on the PBA Scholarship Fund which he chaired. He was always smiling and had an unforgettable laugh. Unfortunately it has been many years since we've seen each other. I have many fond memories of him. Rest in Peace my friend.
