Thomas R. DuPuis
Gloria, Natasha, and D'onna:
My heart goes out to all of you during this most difficult of times. Losing a husband, a parent, is never an easy thing- be it expected or sudden- especially when he is such an amazing man as Dad was. I will always treasure the special times that we all shared together, having been welcomed into your loving family with the widest of open arms and hearts. Fondest for me is spending the holidays with your family, attending church services with you, picking out a Christmas tree, ice skating in Rockefeller Center... breaking bread with you all in His name, over meals that were second to none! Though distance has separated us over the years- and we aren't in touch near as I would like- your family has and will remain so close to my heart, and the special bond that we share is one that could never be broken. My sincerest of condolences on this terrible loss. I so wish that I could be there to celebrate Dad's life with you this coming week, but please know that, from the bottom of my heart, I am there with you all in spirit. May the Lord bless and keep you as you say goodbye to this amazing man, and send him on his way home. Much love to and prayers for you all.
